Who am I?
Hi, I'm Sarah White — an integrative psychotherapist and creative art therapist working with adults, young people, and older adults online internationally (except the US) and in person across Meath and Dublin.
I offer both Talk Therapy and Creative Art Therapy, and I let clients choose how they'd like to engage. Some people find it easiest to talk things through; others find that creative expression — drawing, painting, or other hands-on processes — helps when words feel hard to reach. Creative Art Therapy isn't about artistic skill. It's about expression, reflection, and meaning. Whichever path we take, therapy is about building emotional insight, developing coping strategies, and understanding the patterns that shape your wellbeing.
My Approach
My work is trauma-aware, neuro-affirming, and shaped around you rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I hold a particular focus on neuro-affirming care, supporting people navigating ADHD, autism, and AuDHD — including those exploring a diagnosis later in life. I have extra training in this area and lived experience.
I also work extensively with older adults, offering a grounded, respectful space for those in later life stages, and I'm glad to offer home visits for retired and elderly clients where location and availability allow.
Originally from the UK, I bring a multicultural perspective to my practice and warmly welcome clients from all cultural, ethnic, and international backgrounds. I understand that life's challenges can feel more layered when you're navigating more than one culture, and I aim to offer a space where every identity is respected and valued. I also welcome LGBTQ+ clients and autistic clients.
